包子是人們的食品中最常見(jiàn)的一種食物,包子的好吃取決于做包子的發(fā)面的過(guò)程。那么,做包子怎么發(fā)面?做包子發(fā)面方法有兩種,常見(jiàn)的是采用面肥或者酵母老進(jìn)行發(fā)面做包子,做包子發(fā)面的方法具體有:

一、采用面肥來(lái)發(fā)面:面肥一般家庭稱為老面、老肥、老酵母、引子等等。過(guò)去沒(méi)有鮮酵母,家里做發(fā)面制品就用面肥。
